Just as no two people are the same neither will two ceremonies be. Your wedding ceremony is, and should be, unique to the couple being married. I am happy to work with you to create your special memories. Although I am based in Ballarat I am happy to travel to your chosen destination to perform your wedding, additional charges may apply depending on location. That First Meeting
I like to keep this pretty casual, let's have a chat about what you need and what I can offer. From here we can secure your booking and begin preparing the necessary paperwork.
Legal Documentation
Completion of all legally binding documentation will be taken care of and I guarantee will be lodged within 5 working days from your ceremony.
Developing Your Ceremony
I will begin to write up your ceremony as soon as I have all the relevant information. Drafts will be exchanged until you are 100% happy with what has been delivered. Changes can be made right up until your rehearsal.
The Rehearsal
Rehearsals can be held anywhere at anytime, with as many of your attendants present as possible. A rehearsal is included as part of my services and I would suggest you allow 2-3 hours to ensure you are completely satisfied and confident with how your ceremony will run on the day.

On The Day
I will be onsite with everything in place at least 30 minutes prior to start time of your ceremony. On conclusion, once I double check all signatures have been collected, I will wish you both well and be on my way.
Official Marriage Certificate
On the day you will be presented with your commemorative marriage certificate. To change your name legally Government Organisations and banking institutions now require you to provide the official marriage certificate. This must be obtained from the BDM once your marriage is registered. This is an additional service I can offer, if the application is processed at the same time my paperwork is lodged to register your marriage the certificate request can be processed immediately, saving you time.
